I bought a house and the doors did not have openers. After the initial inspection it was determined that I would require side mounted openers as my ceiling was too low for regular ones. At no fault of the the company (side openers are more touchy than overhead ones, and harder to see problems at first), one of the doors had massive issues into the future, and I had to have them come out a couple of times to finally get the opener and door to work properly. As all the work was under warranty I didn't have to pay a penny on the other visits - no arguing, no haggling, no reimbursement process, nothing - they just came and fixed the problems. Additionally, after my initial install I was able to do a split payment (waited for my full tax return) without interest, financing, etc. Honest people working for an honest buck. See more See less

A major winter storm was coming in on Monday afternoon with snow and severe wind chill. I called Robert and he scheduled his tech to my house first thing Monday morning! Our garage door decided it was done closing and wanted to stay in the open position. Checked all the normal culprits (sensors, etc) and couldn't figure it out. Called Pikes Peak Overhead Door and was so surprised they could squeeze us in that very same day! They had the spring in stock that I needed and beat Overhead Doors, who had to make the spring, and would have been $20 more. Even though its only $20, it shows he's a not a price gouger and he is good businesman, who takes care of his customers. The owner was busy, but he waited around for me to come pick up the spring.
